Due to production of curved skylights on our own site, Rooflight Project ensures swift completion, product quality but also and especially great flexibility.

The lengths and widths of our products can be adapted if necessary with widths reaching up to 7 metres.

Over the years, Rooflight Project has come up with solutions to integrate various techniques in the production of skylights.

These items can easily accommodate a daily ventilation or smoke extraction system.

Arched skylights

FILUX skylights consist of extruded aluminium profiles. They have supporting profiles and locks. The latter have continuous EPR joints to ensure that the various components are completely watertight.

Skylights integrated in the ventilation unit

Constructed on the basis of an aluminium profile, it is used solely for daily ventilation and does not comply with smoke extraction standards in force.

The electric motors are available in 230V or 24V with openings of 35, 55 or 70 cm.

All means of smoke extraction for roofs can be integrated in the arched skylights.

Type of filling

Below is a non-exhaustive list of fillings that can be included in our skylight systems.

Cellular polycarbonate (PCA)

Frosted or transparent (possibility on request in red, yellow, green, blue, grey, etc.)

10 mm thickness with 2, 3, 4 or 5 sidewalls
16 mm thickness with 3, 5 or 6 sidewalls

Massive polycarbonate

Frosted or transparent (possibility on request in red, yellow, green, blue, grey, etc.)

3 to 8 mm thickness

Cassette

All our skylights and fillings have a ten-year guarantee.

Lacquering

As an option, all our devices can be protected by anodisation or by lacquering according to the list of RAL colours.

The list of lacquers is available on request.
